reviews in newspapers. Good atmosphere. Good place for a special event.
Good value. Reasonably priced. Dosas contain butter and dal (lentil)

juices.
Comments: Gets high recommendations. It is an upscale place and
formal. Most people wear a suit and tie, but there is no dress code.
Asia Nora has dark walnut tables, fancy architecture, and low lighting.
Restaurant Nora is a well-lit room with Amish quilts. One of better
restaurants in DC.
Warning: Many of the dishes use fish sauce, so you should ask
about this.
